L’ensemble des médecins rééducateurs bretons s’est mobilisé pour donner au congrès de la SOFMER 2007, une triple dimension :

• régionale, en montrant le dynamisme de nos structures de
réadaptation, héritières d’un riche passé pionnier ;
• nationale, avec la contribution de coordinateurs issus tant de
la Sofmer que de nos nombreuses associations partenaires ;
• européenne, grâce à l’invitation, lancée par le président Jacques
Pélissier, aux délégués de trente pays européens participant à la Section MPR de l’Union Européenne des Médecins Spécialistes.

Le comité d’organisation a voulu rendre le programme de ce congrès le plus attractif possible, en veillant à l’équilibre entre les diverses orientations de notre spécialité, en introduisant des thèmes inédits, comme la médecine humanitaire ou l’encadrement médical des raids sportifs, ainsi qu’en alliant des sessions scientifiques de haut niveau, des sessions de FMC et des sessions d’information et de débat sur notre exercice professionnel.

SOFMER Bretagne 2007 :
stepping into Europe !

The organization of SOFMER BRETAGNE 2007 PLANS to cover three dimensions:

REGIONAL
Brittany has a rich experience of PRM and numerous PRM facilities. These include hospital departments, rehabilitation centres and private offices.
Staff from two university departments, in Rennes (Pr Régine Brissot) and in Brest (Pr Olivier Rémy-Néris) together with team members from all public and private facilities will participate as members of the organizing committee and plan this dynamic event.

NATIONAL
The Regional Organizing Committee will work in close association with the Executive Committee of SOFMER, its Scientific Committee and all its Official Partners. The abstracts of all presentations will be gathered in a compendium, which will be distributed to the congress members. The congress is officially recognized as a CME/CPD event.

EUROPEAN
The Steering Committee of SOFMER BRETAGNE 2007 has a strong desire to open the congress to the European Dimension. Foreign and French co-presidents will coordinate four major themes, scheduled on one full day. Translation into English through individual earphones will be provided in one auditorium throughout the congress..
